Stans, 23 December 2025
Stans - SoftwareOne has launched a cost optimization system for generative AI agents. This aims to support customers in assessing the costs and performance of their integrated Artificial Intelligence (AI) agents. To this end, the company is providing managed services to deliver insights into the behavior of the agents and their impact on operations.
The software developer SoftwareOne, which is based in Stans in the Swiss canton of Nidwalden, has launched a cost optimization system for generative AI agents that aims to support companies in realizing value from their AI investments. With this system, customers will in future be able to quantify and optimize the costs, accuracy and performance of their generative AI agents, as detailed in a statement.
AI observability is of core importance to the functionality of the system. It is on this basis that SoftwareOne offers analytical services in relation to the behavior of the agents and their impact on operations. “With a decade of AI experience and more than 25 years in software asset management, we understand both the innovation and the economics required to scale responsibly. Our multi-agent cost optimization system helps clients deploy the right agents for the right jobs to ensure measurable business outcomes”, as Melissa Mulholland, Co-CEO of SoftwareOne, explains in the statement.
SoftwareOne also develops its own AI agents, although its focus is on services in the area of cost and performance analysis of AI applications. The quality of this work was recently recognized after the company was awarded Microsoft’s new Frontier Partner Badge. This is presented to organizations where AI plays a central role in value creation.
According to information from the company itself, SoftwareOne aims to help customers unlock the value of their software and cloud investments and to operate more successfully in the digital sphere. The company’s data and AI services are split between Intelligence Fabric, Data Foundation, Analytics and AI, and Workplace AI. ce/ja
